Adult and lawful use only

The website contains age-restricted products and is intended only for adults who meet the minimum legal age that applies to them. You must provide accurate information and must not purchase for a minor or use the website where doing so would be unlawful. We may request age or identity verification and may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be confirmed.

You are responsible for checking the laws that apply to your location before ordering. A product appearing in the catalogue does not mean it can lawfully be supplied to every location.

Catalogue information

We aim to present products using current catalogue names, images, pack details, flavour or variation labels, prices and availability. Packaging, colour and market edition may change, and screens can display colours differently. Advertised puff counts are model or manufacturer-style identifiers, not guaranteed usage figures. Prices and stock can change without notice. The product page and selected variation shown at checkout are the current source of truth. Obvious typographical, pricing or inventory errors may be corrected, and affected customers will be contacted where an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not require us to accept an order. Acceptance occurs after payment, eligibility, stock, delivery details and fraud checks are completed. We may reject, limit or cancel an order for lawful reasons, including unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions or age-verification concerns. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot accept, the applicable amount will be returned using an available method.

Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You must use a payment method you are authorised to use and follow the payment instructions attached to the order. Bank, card, wallet, exchange-rate or network fees charged by third parties are your responsibility unless the checkout states otherwise. An order may remain on hold until cleared funds can be matched to the order reference.

Delivery, title and risk

Delivery options, charges, estimates, tracking and address responsibilities are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Please inspect delivery details before submitting an order and contact support promptly if anything is incorrect.

Returns, refunds and statutory rights

The Refund & Returns Policy explains how to report damaged, incorrect or faulty goods and how change-of-mind requests are handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not interfere with website security, scrape protected or personal data, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, misuse promotions, or use the website for fraud or unlawful resale. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect customers or the service.

Intellectual property and links

Website copy, layout, branding and original graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. External services and links have their own terms and are not controlled by this website.

Liability and availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but maintenance, security events, network failures and third-party services can cause interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
