Delivery charges

Standard delivery is Normal Post at $10 per order, or Express Post at $15. Tasmania is $10 by Normal Post. The delivery options for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we add a tracking number to the order so you can follow its progress. You can check status any time from your account order details, or through our order-lookup panel using your order number and email.

Processing times

Processing starts once stock, payment, delivery details and any required age or fraud checks are complete. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during busy periods may take a little longer. Fast processing is a service goal, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline — see our shipping policy for full details.

Age verification

Orders are only accepted and dispatched to buyers who meet the minimum legal age. Age checks are part of order processing.

What the charges cover

Normal Post is $10 and Express Post is $15 to addresses anywhere in Australia, with Tasmania at $10. The charge is per order rather than per item, so combining items into one order is usually cheaper than placing several. Parcels are carried by Australia Post.

When your order is dispatched

Dispatch happens after payment is confirmed, normally within one business day. If you pay by bank transfer, the timing depends on when funds arrive and on the order number being used as the payment reference. Card payments are confirmed straight away. Orders placed late on Friday or over a weekend are generally prepared on the next business day.

Metropolitan and regional addresses

Both Normal and Express Post reach capital cities and regional towns. Express Post is the faster of the two where the address is inside the Australia Post Express network; outside that network it is still prioritised but the saving is smaller. Remote addresses take longer regardless of the service chosen.

Tracking

A confirmation email is sent when the order is dispatched. Tracking is handled by Australia Post, so their tracking page is the authoritative status once the parcel is with them.

Age verification

All products are age restricted. Orders are age verified before dispatch, and this happens before the parcel is lodged rather than at delivery.
