Question 1

1. Which IGET devices use USB Type-C charging, and can I use an iPhone fast charger?

Accepted Answer

IGET One devices currently cost $52.98 AUD, while S3 battery bases cost $19.98 AUD. The IGET One and S3 battery device use USB Type-C charging. Use the cable and power-source specifications printed on your exact model’s packaging or in the manufacturer’s instructions; do not assume that a phone, tablet or laptop fast charger is suitable. The IGET Bar Pro 10000 uses a 2000mAh non-rechargeable battery and has no charging port, so it must not be connected to a charger or opened.

Question 2

2. Are IGET S3 10000 Pods compatible with older IGET Bar Plus 6000 battery bases?

Accepted Answer

IGET S3 replacement pods currently cost $24.98 AUD each, while compatible S3 battery bases cost $19.98 AUD each. Compatibility is model-specific, so do not assume that an S3 10000 pod fits an older Bar Plus 6000 base just because both use a magnetic connection. Check the exact pod and base model names on your packaging, or send us a photo before ordering. We can then confirm whether the listed S3 pod matches your existing device.

Question 3

3. Do authentic IGET vapes contain diacetyl, vitamin E acetate, or acetoin?

Accepted Answer

Current IGET hardware and pod listings range from $19.98 to $52.98 AUD, but price does not establish ingredient composition. We do not make a blanket “free from” claim without current manufacturer or batch-specific evidence. For an exact model, ask us for the available ingredient list and testing documentation, or consult the manufacturer directly. A nicotine-strength label alone does not establish the presence or absence of diacetyl, vitamin E acetate, acetoin or other compounds.

Question 4

4. Why is my IGET bottom LED light blinking 3 to 10 times or tasting dry after charging?

Accepted Answer

Replacement IGET S3 pods currently cost $24.98 AUD, and IGET One devices cost $52.98 AUD. LED flash patterns are not universal across IGET models, so check the instructions for your exact device rather than relying on a flash count alone. The IGET Bar Pro 10000 has no charging port, so do not connect it to a charger. If a rechargeable IGET One or S3 battery device tastes dry or burnt, stop using it; repeated charging or longer draws will not restore an empty or damaged pod. For an S3 system, also check that the compatible pod is seated correctly, then consult our troubleshooting guide or contact support.

Question 5

5. Can I get IGET vapes delivered to an Australia Post Parcel Locker or PO Box?

Accepted Answer

Standard tracked delivery costs $10 AUD and Express Post costs $15 AUD; tracked shipping is free for orders over $300 AUD. Available Australia Post services and eligible destination types are confirmed at checkout. Street addresses, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers can have different delivery or collection requirements, so enter the exact address in the format requested by Australia Post. If your preferred option is unavailable at checkout, contact us before placing the order.

Question 6

6. What happens if my IGET QR security code says it has already been scanned?

Accepted Answer

Current IGET products range from $19.98 to $52.98 AUD, but neither price nor a QR result alone proves authenticity. A previous-scan message does not, by itself, prove that a product is counterfeit; a prior check by the retailer or customer and other verification issues can produce a similar result. Check that you are on the manufacturer’s genuine verification site, retain the packaging and receipt, and contact us with the code result and product photos so we can help investigate.

Question 7

7. How long do unopened IGET 5-Pack bundles and 10-Pack cartons last in storage?

Accepted Answer

IGET 5-Pack Bundles currently cost $94.91–$251.65 AUD, while 10-Pack Cartons cost $179.82–$476.82 AUD. Use the manufacture, best-before or expiry information on the exact product packaging rather than assuming a fixed shelf life. Keep unopened units in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight, and always out of reach of children and pets. Do not use a product that is past its labelled date, leaking, swollen or otherwise damaged.
