Halo E-Vape provides order processing, delivery updates and tracking support for accepted orders. This policy explains how delivery details, charges, estimates and problems are handled. For help with an order, email [email protected].

Order processing

We aim to process accepted, paid and verified orders promptly. Processing starts after stock, payment, delivery details and any required age or fraud checks are complete. Orders placed outside normal processing periods, during public holidays or during unusually busy periods may take longer. Fast processing is a service goal, not a guaranteed dispatch deadline.

Delivery options and charges

Normal Post is $10, Express Post is $15, and Tasmania Post is $10. The available method can still depend on destination, parcel contents and carrier availability, and the applicable charge is shown at checkout before submission.

Delivery estimates

Any dispatch or delivery timeframe shown on the website, at checkout, in an email or by a carrier is an estimate. Weather, network congestion, public holidays, remote destinations, security checks, address issues and carrier events can cause delays outside our direct control. Please use tracking for the latest carrier scan where tracking is available.

Tracking

When a tracked order is dispatched, the tracking number or tracking link may be added to the order and sent by email. Carrier tracking can take time to show its first scan. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, email support with the order number and tracking number so the available carrier enquiry can be checked.

Delivery addresses

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate name, address, postcode, contact number and any necessary unit or access details. Review the confirmation immediately and contact support if a correction is needed. Because orders are processed quickly, an address change cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Extra carrier charges, redelivery fees or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law. We cannot redirect every parcel after dispatch.

Age, identity and lawful-delivery checks

Age-restricted orders may require age, identity or signature checks before dispatch or at delivery. A parcel may be withheld, returned or cancelled if eligibility cannot be confirmed or delivery would be unlawful. Do not arrange delivery to a minor or to a location where the product cannot lawfully be supplied.

Delayed, missing, damaged or returned parcels

For delay or non-delivery, first check the carrier tracking, the delivery address and whether a safe-place, collection-point or attempted-delivery notice was recorded. Then email [email protected] with the order and tracking numbers. Carrier enquiries must follow the carrier’s process and investigation timeframe.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, keep the parcel, label, internal packaging and products, and take clear photographs before disposal. Report the issue promptly under the Refund & Returns Policy.

If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, undeliverable or incorrectly addressed, support will review whether redelivery, cancellation or refund is available. Original and additional delivery costs may be deducted where the return was not caused by our error, subject to applicable law.
