Before you write to us

Many questions are already answered on our FAQ page — payment methods, delivery times, and what happens after you place an order.

What to include when you write to us

Email support is available during the hours listed above. Please include the following information so we can review your enquiry.

• Your order number if the question is about an order that has already been placed. It is in the confirmation email and is the same reference used for payment.
• The full product name if the question is about a listing, including the variation, edition or pack wording shown on the product page. Brand and model on their own are often not enough to identify an item.
• The delivery postcode for questions about timing or charges.
• A photo if an item arrived damaged or does not match the order.

What we can help with

Product information, current availability, ordering and payment questions, delivery timing, tracking, and problems with an order that has already arrived. For returns and refunds see the returns policy; for charges and timing see the shipping policy.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give health, medical or cessation advice, and we cannot advise on what is lawful to buy or possess in a particular state or territory. All products on this site are age restricted and sold to adults only.
